About Us
The Children's Community Programs of CT, Inc, serving children, youth and families in south central Connecticut since its founding in 1999. We are committed to provide diverse and creative support services to children and families throughout the State of Connecticut to ensure that every child counts.
The CCPC serves approximately 600 children in several community programs including, Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC), Support Team for Educational Progress (STEP), One on One Mentoring, Young Leaders, Nurturing Family Network, and three Alternative Education Programs-Blake Street Academy, Pathways and Stars.
The CCPC staff has been serving families with young children since it was established in 1999. The agency has a strong clinical staff that has worked with parents to encourage parent behaviors that promote strong social, emotional, cognitive, and healthy physical child development.
